In this post I thought I'd take a look at one of my projects, and see how Knack helped a client. In this case, I'm looking at a project for a non-profit trade association that collected information from each of its 700 chapters each year. It was done thru emails, spreadsheets, various document attachments, shared folders ... a whole mix of various ways. Generally a long and somewhat unorganized process, with very limited ability for insights or general overviews.
Enter the Knack solution. One cloud based system that could be deployed all over the world, get everyone on a similar process, and have the headquarters in DC easily track, manage, access, and oversee a somewhat involved process. Please watch the video to learn more.
